WIMA Europe and UN Women Regional Consultation on Women in Georgia's Maritime Sector

WiMA Europe and UN Women are jointly organizing a regional consultation that brings together representatives from the maritime industry, government institutions, academia, and international organizations to discuss the current status of women's participation in Georgia's maritime sector. The event aims to identify key challenges and opportunities, present international best practices including the IMO Gender Equality Programme and facilitate dialogue among stakeholders to develop recommendations for advancing gender equality, strengthening women's leadership, and fostering a more inclusive and diverse maritime sector in Georgia.
