WIMA Europe and UN Women Georgia co-hosted a workshop in Batumi focused on advancing decent work environments and strengthening women’s economic empowerment across the maritime and logistics sectors.
The discussion explored practical approaches to creating safer, more inclusive workplaces. While addressing sector-specific gender challenges through the Women’s Empowerment Principles (WEPs).
